Hiking, playtime, snuggling...all fun!
Aziza made her debut as a royal hound with our group, The Hounds of East Fairhaven, at the Georgia Renaissance Festival. Our group is an educational reenactment group that is on cast and part of the entertainment at 3 festivals. We are breed ambassadors and spend time teaching history and all about the breeds that we represent. A dog has to be rock solid in temperament to be successful at festival. They encounter literally thousands of people of all ages, ethnicities, dog experience, and sizes as well as cannons, explosions, whip snapping, fire events, camels, horses, sword fighting, chariots, crazy costumes, wheelchairs and other assistive devices, other dogs, and other crazy things for hours on end. I am so incredibly proud of how confident, curious, enthusiastic, sweet, playful, and all around wonderful she was. People could not believe how young she is because she was so well-mannered. She even fell asleep in the lap of a countess that she had just met and watched one of the jousts calmly. She did the overnight in the hotel well, also, and made best friends with a Borzoi. She's 16 weeks old.
Aziza is a rockstar! She made her debut as a royal Hound of East Fairhaven at the Georgia Renaissance Festival. She enthusiastically greeted literally thousands of people of all ages, sizes, and ethnicities. She watched the joust from raised VIP seating and even fell asleep during very loud, constant drumming, whips snapping, sword fighting, and other loud shenanigans. She met camels and horses and spent the day hanging out with a Borzoi (her new bff, Russ), a Bloodhound, and a Greyhound. She had a fabulous, impressive debut showing what a solid, confident, happy puppy she is. Alex and Meegan should be proud of what a wonderful breed ambassador she is.
