Welcome to the Masquerade Hounds website!
Located in Upstate South Carolina, we are a small family dedicated to our Greyhounds, Ibizan Hounds, and Galgo Espanol. We participate in many different venues and activities. After bringing our first hound home in 2008, we became involved in retired racing Greyhound (and other sighthounds) placement by fostering and doing home visits, meet and greets, special events, transports, and other activities. We also joined the Hounds of East Fairhaven in 2008. After finally bringing home our first Ibizan Hound in 2011 we began participating in AKC conformation events and started lure coursing. Everything that we do with the hounds is for FUN and we don't have any breeding plans. We just enjoy participating in different activities with our dogs and have loved making new friends, learning new things, and having new adventures! Watch for the hounds in 2013 in the conformation ring, on the field doing AKC, ASFA, and LGRA events, and at the Carolina and Georgia Renaissance Festivals!
